Open the team link or scan the QR code your coach shared, or enter the six-character team code. Then enter your school email, the one your coach put on the roster, and confirm your name. If your email isn’t on the roster, add your name and class year: your coach gets a request, and you’re in once they approve it. Staff join with the staff code from their head coach.

Yes. You need to be 18 or older to join a team on Nexum. The app asks for your birthday as you join.

To reset your password, choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen, or open app.nexumathletics.com/reset-password. Enter your email and we’ll send you an 8-digit code. Enter it, then choose a new password. No code after a few minutes? Check your junk or spam folder, or send a new one from the same screen. Still stuck? Email [email protected].

In Nexum, open Settings, then Notifications, and choose Turn on notifications. If your iPhone blocked them, open the iPhone’s Settings, then Notifications, and allow Nexum. On an iPhone, you get notifications in the Nexum app from the App Store, not in a browser tab. On a computer or an Android phone, allow notifications for Nexum in the browser’s site settings.

In Nexum, open Settings, then Help & Feedback, and choose Report a problem & send feedback. If you can’t sign in, email [email protected].

In Nexum, open Settings with the gear icon, then scroll to Danger Zone. Choose Delete account, type DELETE, then choose Permanently delete account. For an athlete, it also deletes your check-ins, lifts, weight, personal records and attendance. Messages you sent stay in team chats, and an athlete’s injury records stay with the athletic trainer, both with your name removed. This can’t be undone.

You see your own numbers, the team leaderboard and the team’s achievements feed, which shows each personal record and reached weight goal. Your teammates see those too, and what you post in team chat. Coaches see their team. Your check-in answers go to your team’s staff, never to teammates. Teammates never see whether you’re Full, Limited or Out. You choose who can see your phone number. The Privacy Policy has the details.
