  • The athletic trainer holds it

    Health histories, allergies, medicines and emergency contacts go to the athletic trainer. Coaches see a travel health alert only when the athlete agreed to share it.

  • One switch per group

    The medical information release asks about each group separately: coaches, parents, emergency services and more. Each switch is off until the athlete turns it on.

  • Staff views are logged

    When staff open an athlete’s record, it is logged.

Already in every Nexum team: the athletic trainer sets each athlete Full, Limited or Out, and every coach on the team sees it.
